Delivery Driver
Listed May 12, 2026 and accepting applications until closed (anticipated late May)
About Us
For roughly 500,000 years, humans have been burning stuff to heat our homes, burning stuff to light our homes, and burning stuff to power our machines. It’s 2026, people. Let’s change that.
Right now, homes account for roughly 20% of the world’s carbon emissions. Here at Elephant Energy, we know that there is a better way. As a certified B Corp, we are committed to building a one-stop shop that makes it easy to upgrade to a climate-friendly home. We enable homeowners to confidently make the switch to modern, electric technologies and get their homes off of fossil fuels – all at once, or over time.
Location: This role must be based in Denver, CO
About the Role
We are excited to add a Delivery Driver to our team! Reporting to our Warehouse Manager, Mark Loehr, the Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring our installation teams have exactly what they need to complete high-quality residential retrofits. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, organized, hard-working, and passionate about making things better. You embrace a team ethic and are capable of being self-directed to solve challenging problems to ensure a successful customer journey. Other responsibilities include, though are not limited to:
- Safely drive a company vehicle (no specialized license required) to deliver heat pump equipment, hardware, tools, and materials to residential homes.
- Execute daily local deliveries up and down the Front Range (from Fort Collins to Castle Rock), with occasional trips into the foothills.
- Work from our Broomfield, CO headquarters and warehouse to support kitting, receiving, and managing inventory using InFlow (our equipment CRM).
- Work with Warehouse Manager to optimize our supply chain by assisting in: inventory tracking, monthly stock counts, warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Meet the physical demands of the role: You must be physically capable of safely lifting 50 lbs, moving pallet jacks, and shifting heavy equipment on a daily basis.
How to Apply
Submit this form with your resume (optional) and answer a few questions so we can get to know you.
You're a great fit for this role if:
- You are highly accountable and care about outcomes—you ensure the right parts get to the right site, every time, without waiting for someone else to point out what's missing.
- You are adaptable and calm under pressure. Traffic, schedule changes, and missing parts happen; you move toward messy problems instead of avoiding them.
- You are comfortable operating a standard company vehicle and have a clean driving record.
- You are quick on your feet and eager to learn – You know that plans change daily and when priorities shift, a part is missing, or you need to learn a new tool, you roll with the punches, figure it out, and hold your work to a high standard.
Indicators this may not be the right role for you:
- You expect a perfect plan every day and throw your hands up when things go wrong. We are building this company from the ground up. If a delivery gets complicated or a warehouse process is broken, we need people who speak up and help us fix the issue, rather than just waiting around for someone else to solve it.
- You prefer to be a lone wolf. You just want to put your head down, do your exact job, and avoid talking to the rest of the crew. We rely on tight communication between the warehouse and the install teams to make sure jobs get done right, and we expect you to step up and support the team
- You hate using technology to manage your workday. Even though you are in the warehouse and out on the road, our whole team stays connected through apps like Slack and Google Meet. You must be comfortable using your device to plug into our tools and collaborate with your team.
Total Compensation
We offer competitive cash compensation, meaningful equity, and strong benefits that reflect our values:
- ~ $25/hour
- Stock options, commensurate with experience and in line with internal equity bands
- Health Care: 100% employer-paid base plan; 50% for dependents
- 401(k): 4% company match
- 11 company holidays plus flexible and unlimited Paid Time Off (vacation & wellness/illness)
- Home electrification incentives
